The Poet

They say the poet's weapon is not a sword.
But their words and pen.
Sometimes,not a pen.

But a feather of a hen.
A poet's power can depend.
And cannot be measured.

They can win fights with just their words.
And open gates to new worlds.
Worlds they create and write.

They can be the kindest you've seen.
And create your fate.
A poet is like a god in their own world.

That they write on their own.
Their power can be unlimited if used right.
In their room,in their home.

They are the best ones to call on the phone.
And are the wisest of all.
They can help you defeat your woes.

With just their pen.
Sometimes, using the feather of a hen.
Like gods create new worlds.

Poets create their own fantasies.
With magic creatures and no woe.
Fae,in a world where you feel whole.

When they raise their hand and pick up their pen.
You'll instantly become a fan.
You will read the words you admire.

And poets can calm down a burning fire.
If you just invest in their worlds.
For they can slay you with their tongue.

Fighting evil with the power of their  tongue.
And words of smart and whit.
Poets have unlimited power.

And can save you from a tall tower.
Poets speak the language of any flower.
Or any big,tall tree,

Poets can heal your sadness.
And you get a much needed shower.
Come with me to a land in ink.

Something similiar to Neverland.
After some time,you will understand.
The power of their notebook on the nightstand.

Filled with magic ink.
Words of smart and whit.
A poet can defeat.

All evil and make you new, petite.
Poets have power from beyond, far away.
They can write with magic, night and day.

They can make you feel understood.
And help you stand back up.
With words empty of woe.

You will never feel foul.
And you will have a brand new soul.
If you just reunite.

You will have a peaceful night.
