the Logos

Will there be made the fact  
the gracing Word,
comes down  for us again
enfleshed
on Christmas day
as once it did?
Will angels sing once more
their startling Gloria above
the gentle hills outside of Bethlehem?
And will there finally come to be
enjoined
God’s peace within the realms of men?
