Powerful Love

The man she loved made stupid mistakes
And was locked away for fifteen years
A few days after his arrest
 she fell ill and had pain in her chest
The doctor said she only had a few months left
But she refused to die
 before she could look into the eyes
 of the man she loves
 hold him close and say goodbye
For fifteen years she fought
Determined to not die
Her love was so powerful
it's what kept her alive
Finally the day had come
The one she was fighting for
She ran into his arms
the moment he walked in the door
As she held him close she found her peace
She wasn't in pain anymore
As she felt his worm embrace
A tear ran down her face
It was a tear of joy that she cried
Everything she wanted she had
 "I'm finally in heaven" She sighed
She closed her eyes
and took her last breath
In the arms of her lover she died

The tears streamed down his face
as he realized she didn't breathe
He held onto her still worm body
 as he hit his knees
He laid down next to her and held her close
The pain was too much to bear
The deth of his lover broke his heart so badly
He died right then and there
