Assistant to Power

Assistant to Power

You go to school and dig into law principles

I go to school I’m an Apprentice to a Master Plumber

We see each other in social situations

Blacked out pledging the fraternity of yourfamily

So I see you in the library but you’re reading the comics

I’m on the stone looking to master Plumbing

As time passes  you’re clerking for the Supreme Court

I worked for all of this I Mastered Plumbing

You were drunk and sleeping, pulling down your pants now you’re on the Supreme Court

Now I turn around and see out of over a
Hundred Supreme Court Justices…halve of them have law degrees

So I sweated every day learning and mastering

To earn this badge not everyone has

But you sit on the Highest of the Land

Supreme, setting how we should live

Your Justice doesn’t reflect us, all you do

Is rule a Corporation is a Person

While I’m elbow deep in the shit

But I’m a Master of Plumbing

I can hang my degree on my wall

But you a Supreme Clerk sycophant

Show me your law degree
