Autumn Fog and October Mist
And When the sun shines
The morning dew glitters
While the fog is thick
The waking bird twitters
When the dawn awakes
And the light scatters
On every inch of earth
The drizzling dew spatters
Then, rise from every spot
The earthly living rumors
Sounds of every pitch
Scents of morning flowers
And the floating perfumes
Waltz high in the firmament
And the bees in honey quest
A faith, heavenly permanent
The fog dusts the cloak
On the hilly pine forest
Stands the mountain tall
Showing a majestic crest
In the October misty chill
The fog is the season print
A leaf from the tree of life
Falls down dead in a fiery tint
Rebirth of a new sowed seed
To another autumn season life
Where another October will be
Misty, and the human feelings rife
