This is rhythmically pleasing to the ear. But it also - to me - reflects the perspective of the painting which seems a mixture of the straight and narrow with a dab of chaos.

It's unique to add both the art of poetry as it's reflected through paintings.

Usually I write the poem first and then select from my many paintings... I really like doing the merge of crafts.

Since I deleted 841 poems last week I'm feeling freer to write again.  There's been an absence in this craft.  

This was an older poem I reworked and added to.  It's funny how that works. A line or a word or 2 make all the difference. Fresh again...

She is lucky to have my love.
Not sure she appreciates it but she's short on words so keeps me guessing...

My art influences are de Kooning, Rothko, and living in a giant city.  There's art and texture everywhere.  I'm extremely visual so I beg, borrow and steal ideas and use them kindly.
