Protect This Earth

 
 
when the feelings dehydrated
and the words exhausted
when the quill turns thirsty
the mountain will be calling
 
 
when the noise is deafening
and the city overwhelming
when the smoke is smothering
then the forest will be breathing
 
 
when the kids stop the plays
lost between so many ways
and they look desperately errant
for, the grasslands are missing
 
 
because wars are widely raging
and because Earth is aging
oxygen has become carbon  
stressing are the symptoms
 
 
because my heart is beating
still i feel like a human being
before i turn to a cloned cell
a genuine poem will be written
 
 
so, i cry out for worldwide peace
for nature's worth, for authenticity
for the lost spirits to come back
gather around the heaven's harmony
 
 
i write with my blood and soul
with my years and days to come
with the moments i may live
please protect this Earth.....!
