They don't have you. They don't have your thoughts or deeper understanding about the inner complexities of your own experience. They own neither control nor your will, something they may hate to their grave. In such a way, it is most satisfying to know only you are in possession of it. For as long as they chase and desire it, they will long be empty-handed and wanting; a self-punishment only their innermost selfishness creates.

Find pride in having more than they ever will.
