oxygen-rich air inhaled, filling my lungs  
soft whispers of the wind caressing trees  
I sense the earthy aroma in soil  
the sweet scent of blossoms cleansing my insides  
the gentle breeze tickles my skin in an embrace  
a melody of birds singing with harmony  
the breath I held now leaves  
expelling dioxide with an exhale  
along with every worry in a blink  
repeated as long as possible to last  
rolling it over in my mind over cataracts and stones  
feeling that I am never alone  
listening to the silence bend my ear
