SUN PRAYER 2

i was born
for sun’s
deepest blue
and brightest green
and I am light as air
in this bright day,
translucent,
my star's fire
shining through
bones
bright as glass,
shimmering
in ordinary
holy light,
and every
thought
is both poem
and prayer,
and this
litany
is my song,
a mantra
sung to the sun,
and all horror is
dissolved
as i am melded
Into
Ra’s sweet
cloudless
blue
