Love Never Dies.........

The room was dark
I could feel her breath
On the nape of my neck
As her soft lips
Brushed past my own
I longed for her
As i grieved her loss
Yet i felt she was here with me
Right now!
I could feel her body
Close to mine
And felt her heartbeat
And her loss.......
I was aware of the madness of my grief
That possessed my every waking moment
And was reaching new levels
As i struggled with her loss
She whispered my name
I could feel the soft breath of her words of love
I cried...........
Hoping that somehow she had returned
I desperately wanted to see her
So i switched on my bedside lamp
She was gone
The light
Had taken away, the sense of her presence
I lay alone
Silent salty tears trickled down to my lips
As i tasted their saline sadness
Knowing nothing
