What have I seen?
not actually sure
a losing team
is there a cure?

Batters could not hit
pitcher let up many runs
balls popping out of mitts
fans annoyed; this was no fun

No hope for them
fans have gone away
behind by 10
maybe some other day

Fans today were shedding tears
future days may bring applause & cheers
