Night In El Salvador
I asked her to speak to me, in Spanish,
She said, "te deseo".
I said, "it's getting late",
"So don't translate"
Just kiss me, but in Spanish.
Take me to El Salvador, with your lips.
Tonight, let's visit your Divine Savior of The World, & make love, while the lights spin around us.
Take me to your Cathedral, and let's look at The Cupola together, while I stare at you in awe.
Let's stroll your Plazas, hand & hand, beneath the statues, that turn the night to gold.
Let's go to La Libertad, so that I can press my fingers against you, and against the sands.
And I want to feel the country's heat at midnight, & I want your warmth just as bad.
