the will of the warrior

screeching in a language I don't know
are creatures of the dark
they seek my attention
because they know I will help

the ones that need closure
they may be stuck in this realm
their memories lost they forget what they want

I sink into their interior
retrieving their memory keys
reviewing their life and ultimately asking them where they want to go
do they want to be reborn human
or is there somewhere else in the multi-universes they wish to visit

It is a tough decision but it's theirs to make
in the void is the numb but life exists there too
it's a grey area where things are not forgotten
but the goers there are numb to things

it is surreal there is a sea of forgetfulness
life is blossoming there too
beings born of cast-away gifts or feelings
these are beautiful beings who want to experience life on all levels

they call it having the will of the warrior
these beings are funny and make me laugh all the time
because they follow me around and will try absolutely anything

even torture they don't care they want a first-hand experience
the demons test them and dare them to do something
and they say they have the will of the warrior and do it

so today I get up and do what I do
I too have the will of the warrior
