the abyss seeks to know you reaching for your feminity

gossamer fingers touch leaving angel fingerprints
covering your hurt while revealing your strangeness
summoning your strength you rise to greet the light
your hair a mess your halo eskew you speak to God in whispers
sighing you faint to find he is seeking to cover his own nakedness

succumbing to the grace of the moment
realizing how alike you really are
his tenderness expressed in silence
a gentle look of acceptance covers a multitude of differences
