Sliding through silken months with silver ahhs

April intaglio
platycondons
stretch to the chichi
in a scarlet settle

May the bye
of four flurries
flummox the rush
of June furrows

and swallow the
swollen song belted
as seven gospels
from July sparrows

à la dame de
romance rouge

curl the scurrying wind
from lips to thump as August
courts September tarantellas
with a crinkled greeting
to a fleeing Ra

grasping pinetum bebop
in your electric splayed ogles
nude within a brink
prostrated on a
quilted stratum

and I die
as a scream
in your no boundary
whimper

encapsulated
as a singed apotheosis
in the swell

that is sibilated
from you
 my Euphrates.
