this stuff busts forth on a more-than-daily basis, 98.6% spontaneously, so it's nice to have a few perceptive eyeballs such as you, Bragg, Ball, & Luca eXplain to me what it maybe perhaps 'seems to be'.
wee decided that as per ratio of 'reads' to 'comments', i should get the DUP Most Prolific/Least Commented Upon Poot Award......
