I just lost a friend and was recently looking at her photo in my high school yearbook. Your words touched me and reminded me I must push forward and live for today in celebration of my friend's life.

My condolences to you. A high school yearbook is a joy to look through. The downside is as we get older many of those children begin to die. It becomes an obituary full of familiar faces.
Push forward Nizana (Lauren). That's the best thing you can do.

I despise the young using "You Only Live Once" which I find abhorrent as it is just a pointless aphorism.
One Life - Live It says the same thing but as an instruction rather than the less subtantial YOLO
