What is the future?
How daunting it is to think about my future.
As I grew up,
I imagined my death so often that I never really had
a future.
I had minutes, hours, sometimes days,
but never years.
I know that seems strange,
but when your present becomes so overwhelming
that your dreams of being a princess, turn into
simply just being happy.
All the things money could never buy.
Leaving even myself asking why?
But as time went by and so many loved ones had
come and gone.
I finally understood that I too,
needed to move on.
