The Outdoorsman

Earl was a handsome, cultured young man who liked being outdoors

His interests were rock climbing, hiking & acting

When he wasn't outdoors he kept a colossal, very detailed diary

Earl eventually went into the motion picture industry

With his sudden wealth, be bought a chic house on endless grounds

He began to raise lions, two to be exact

One Male & One Female

Soon he was being mobbed by people in the street for his autograph

One day at the studio he became tense & edgy

With the suggestion from his agent, Earl fled to Africa, where he was outdoors all the time

His agent also sent his lions to a farm in Texas

Earl returned several years later

He ended his career as an actor

He devoted himself to raising more lions and working on his diaries

At last people no longer mobbed him in the street

One day he made a trip to New York

A publisher was thinking of taking his diary and creating a memoir of his life

The publisher said if this sells well, there may be offers to make this into a feature film

A week later, Earle called his agent asking for the whereabouts of the farm in Texas

The agent gave him the information

Earl took the next flight out to go and visit with the two lions

When he arrived he explained to the owner of the farm who he was

He asked if he could be alone with them

They began growling and showing their teeth

The two lions sprinted over to Earle, jumped on top of him as he fell backwards

Earl had no chance

They mauled him to death
