inadvertence; rewind

make no mistake
my palms still sweat
remembering
the way your
throat tastes

we got to the part
I rode your face
like a reset button
just to feel
(anything)
alive

and I almost
felt
good
watching you
get away ...

but hope is
for pussies
and dead girls
don't feel
past the
empty ache
in their
everywhere

but

make

no

mistake

my palms still sweat
remembering
the way your
throat tastes

like me
