the blindSman

"Relying on the government to protect your privacy is like asking a
          peeping tom to install your window blinds."—Unknown


the blindSman lacks no vision,
     save that proscribed by his own engineering.
          he garners his commission
               by blocking out the world of people staring.

                    the curious, left wanting,
               find scanter subjects for their scandalising
          —a posture rather daunting
     for idlers hell-bent on peep-vandalising.

     the clear, blue skies above us
          are not for those who feed the hungry blindSman;
               for, were the world to love us,
                    no more would we find solace in his blinds plan.

               give me the blind man's vision:
          i am inclined to rip the blasted curtain
     so optical precision
may rescue sighted men whose eyes are hurting...
