late at night

this is where I shelter
under a pile of unwritten books
talking with me at nights
in my repeating nightmares
which kill off
which pull out rotten teeth
small piece after piece
with cold dental forceps
from my tightly stiched mouth
threads with blood – is my decoration
I scream and search for help
an escape
at least doors
even locked ones
but all I see
is forceps
with their clinging smile
sharp chasing sound
I’ve created a life habit
to look inside deep dark abyss
and imagine never ending fall
call it never ending fly
alice in wonderland
full of stinging rocks
black insects with many legs
so many sparkling eyes
haunting you
always running faster
and ending up at the back of your knees
they worship forceps' metal skin
and vivid reflection of a sun
on their scratched smile
with so many stitches and dirt stuck in between
I hold my breath
it prevents me from falling
it stops their time ticking
and recharge my set of mind
doors are hidden, I suppose
the fall should end soon
even though it is painful to fall

one day there will be
my own shelter created
under my king-size bed
