"My Sanity..."

What is this emotion I'm experiencing
 in a trance trying desperately
Right now to breathe
Inhaling exhaling deeply
Worrying inexplicably
about how I'm inevitably
Soon to be
sinking no shrinking
in my lone surroundings
in my incessant solitary
Confinement I've created purposefully
With this emotion I'm needing
A true definition
For true clarity
Pretending I know serenity
Yearning for it actually
Perhaps unsuccessfully
So... I'm surely
Not sure my sanity
Can be questioned correctly...
