A beginning to a end
White ivory walls
Anger built so high
Unfamiliar auras
A stranger reflects back at you
Selena:Hey mister thank you
Gabriel: just call me Gabriel
Selena: is he dead
Gabriel: no I don't think so
Stares of pity and sorrow
Screams
Hit him hit him
I climbed on top of my rapist and banged his head to the floor
I spit on him
Passed out from shock and exhaustion
No food for exactly 12 hours and 48 mins
Wake up to a beautiful skylight in the ceiling, black marble
The smell of coffee
A man shirt clings to my body
Filled with cologne
Like freshly blossom flowers on bright springy day
There you were standing with coffee and a bagel with scrambled eggs
Your eyes read beautiful
I stood there and urinated on the floor
Body collapse to reaching hands
Warm water and lavender scenting oils
I laid lifeless with head draped down off the end of your oval tub
I looked down at my not completely nude body
Under garment were still in tact
Passed out once again
Woke up to hands rubbing me down in a good lather, shampoo in hair
She was light on the eyes and smelled like grape as she whispers this poor baby
I'm not a baby
I'm 15 years old
Well I'm Cindy sweety
Cindy: I'm here to get you all cleaned up
Selena: I need water my throat hurt when I swallow
Cindy: sure
Cindy: a minute later she hands me a tall cold sweaty glass of water
The glass fell from shaky hands
Nerves were rattled
I scream when the glass hit the floor
Migraine images hits me of a man on top of me with bad breathe
Cindy: it's ok here another one ( she helps me)
The water felt so cold going down
Selena: where am I
Cindy: you at Gabriel's pad
Selena: I'm so tired
Cindy: ok lets get you dressed and into bed ok
As I laid in this huge unfamiliar bed
I can hear distant convo
Stood up for a closer listen
Cindy: where did you find her
Gabriel: she's fine now and safe
Cindy: well she's mine best friend whether she knows that or not and I should take her home
Gabriel: come back tomorrow let her get her rest besides shes my best friend too
Cindy: we both been looking for her for hours now how did you find her
Selena: I haven't lost my mind ok I was just half out of it
Cindy: you know who we are
Selena:Cindy 25 years old and lives around the corner from me with husband and mother
Gabriel 26 years old and also lives around the corner from me my abuela watches your younger brother
Cindy and Gabriel were two people that I got to know around the way Cindy stopped me on the way to the store one day been friends ever since and Gabriel I knew him through his brother which was my age and he had a strict mother who didn't leave him at home alone until he was 18
Selena: it ok I'll stay come pick me up tomorrow
Cindy: you sure ? Ok then mañana it is. A kiss and she disappear
Gabriel: you hungry?
Selena: no How did you find me?
Gabriel: I wasn't even looking for you, I was going there to talk to my uncle about helping me look for you little did I know he had you all along
Selena: what?
