Mt. Lafeyette

Lazy boulders lay lodged
in the sluggish course of the glassy stream.
The weight of the dampened stones
only enhances the cool water's gleam.
Strength of conviction stirs in my soul.
Life's weights upon me,
now in failure of taking a toll.

Go for the heart stopping, the breathtaking, the soul pulsating.

The broken rock still allows you to summit prestigious peaks of mountain ranges.
A broken soul can still be moved by the euphoric gripping soaring views.
As another season changes,
the sky maintains a tranquil blue.
