Words to live by

Be nice because it feels nice. Imagine being that person before you judge them. Stop giving a fuck on someone else's opinion of you, their thoughts won't make any difference to your life, and try as you might to change it; they'll likely still think the same. Know that your life being balanced matters, the excessive consumption of anything will have a negative outcome,  whether drink or drugs or insta or donuts, or protein shakes and working out. Maybe it's just me that makes the mistake of allowing 1 thing to become everything, my addictive personality,  though i do believe everyone is chasing that happiness feeling, even if secretly. My key is to accept it whenever you can, fleeting moments; whether its smelling the sea's salty tang, watching the sun set and the flood of colour, natursl beauty, the longevity of being with someone that makes you happy. Don't rake it for granted, you can't ever be 100% sure it'll last. Remember the details as they pass. If life is trying to teach you a lesson, the quicker you learn it, the faster you can move on. Make sure you do move on. My biggest fear is lying on my death bed filled with regret of the shit I never got round to. Do onto others as you'd do onto you. Don't be cruel. Whether it's a moth or spider or guy/girl that kinda likes you, it's not necessary (unless it is) to behave like a prick. I don't believe in God but if they are out there I hope they go hard on that spiteful shit. Accepting there is no reason for all the awful things that have happened i has become easier since I lost my faith.
 Whatever you do, try to remain you. Sounds stupid but I've noticed how quickly I can lose my identity when told by others that isn't me.
Don't doubt you.
You are your everything. Your reason for being here. Out of a billion possibilities you were picked to exist. Don't you ever forget it.
