Wishes and dreams
Oh! Hi! ...
I didn't see you there.
Well come on over and have a seat,
I was just looking at the stars.
Aren't they beautiful?
Have u ever tried to count the stars?
I tried once when I was little, but i kept losing count. Lol
Have u ever seen a falling star?
You have ?
Did you make a wish?
Oh I do, anytime I see one.
Have your wishes ever came true?
No?.. mine didn't either.
What about those little flowers?
You know, the fuzzy ones with the long stem?
Yes dandelions! ...you suppose to make a wish and blow and if all the fuzzies come off your wish comes true....well they're supposed to, but again, mine never did.
Have u ever found a 4 leaf clover?..
Did it bring u good luck?..
And have u ever made a wish when u blew out the candles on your birthday cake?
Did those wishes ever come true?
Yeah?
Well I definitely must be doing something wrong. Maybe im not wishing hard enough.
Or maybe im wishing too hard!
Who knows?

This is a very powerful poem, I liked it very much.
This gives me the inspiration to write some verses
through the title of your poem
I hope to be lighthearted
"Wishes and Dreams"
she have always dreamed of a love
strong enough to move mountains.
A love beautiful enough to disgrace
even the most beautiful of the oceans.
she have imagined a perfectly, true love,
so perfect it could stop the hands of time.
A love so true, it could completely rewrite
the extensive rules of song and rhyme.
she have wished that she would find this love.
she wished she would find the one who is true.
she want his strong, beautiful, perfectly, true love,
she think she have finally found it with he.
But she knows it's just a wishes and a dreams

I liked that alot. Sort of between the lines of what one wishes and dreams for when we're young right? ... it was perfect. I don't even have the words.... but thank you!! You were right on point.

The words of my poem apply to different ages

I feel like I've given up on love... but when I was young I fantasized about it . Im older now and pretty much given up on it... after a few failed attempts of course. But oh to be young again. Lol.....

The mistake we always make and regret it
When we fail, we take a long time to try again
We do not review the reason for our failure and draw a lesson from it for the future so as not to make the same mistake
Love, longing, kindness and tenderness, we cannot determine their strength and quantity by ages
It is only our fears and the wounds of our past that put dungeons, shackles and obstacles, and it seems to us that with the passing of the years the love within our hearts fades away and our feelings become cold.
