burning time
Trying to find
To know & comprehend
Which word or action
Severed that last thread
Is there any way
To repair?
Are there weaves or stitches
That might bind
Your life to mine
Again?
It breaks my heart
Daily
Hourly
To still find
you Absent Erased
Excised from my life
Would I even know
If you’d died?
I would mend this breach
If I only knew a way
To repair
