Ahh ... how well I know that process of psyching oneself up to make a change. Sometimes it takes months and months -- and sometimes one short epiphanic moment and it's job done and off you go.
Experience of many times "snapping back into the old ways" tells me that sometimes the sky we carry with us is a very powerful force and change comes in small steps -- but I remind myself too that "The journey of a 1,000 miles" also ends with a single step - and one day it's (suddenly) "there".
