Time Tattoo
His fingers touch the MMXV tattoo on the back of my neck.
I sense his questions.
"My first time on the track was eight years ago.
I’ve been carefully maintained since then for your enjoyment.”

Author's Note
A while back I finally decided to get a tattoo for the year (2015) I first made love.. It's been a conversation piece at the pool and in bed.

Looks like 2015 in Roman. Title suggests a milestone in life somewhere.,,,
I recall a woman Member of the British Parliament for a seat in England had "37" (not in Roman!) tattooed on her foot where those approaching her could easy see, to remind herself how marginal her majority - by 37 votes - was. (Her election may have been more agonising for her than going under the needle.)
Agree tattoos can make conversation pieces in bed, can be a turn-on if they have a poignancy. Tattoos on a woman when glimpsed can raise intrigued thoughts in a man about their wearer.
Your answer as given in the poem sounds like a double-entendre with motor racing, with its connotations of different kinds of bodies - "first time on the track....maintained for your enjoyment since then."
