The Healing Verse

"Farewell," you say, with cutting ire,
Yet still, I'll strive to stoke the fire,
For in these lines, a tale unfolds,
Of hearts once warm, now icy cold.

No offence meant, but hear me out,
In anger's haze, we may devout,
Yet deeper lies, a yearning sore,
For understanding's open door.

Within this verse, let tempers wane,
A chance to heal, to break the chain,
For in the darkest depths, we find,
A light that can unite mankind.

So "fuck you" spoken, like a lance,
To pierce the soul, inflict a chance,
To see the wounds we all endure,
And mend the bonds we must secure.

No offence meant, but let us see,
The hurtful words we set free,
To build instead, bridges of grace,
And find in empathy a place.

Let poetry be the healing balm,
To mend the hearts, bring peace and calm,
And may forgiveness set us free,
From animosity's decree.

So "fuck you" now transformed, you see,
To "let us heal, let love break free,"
No offence meant, but truth laid bare,
In poetry, we all can share.
