Just My Imagination
Getting the chance to see all the surface beauty
energized me to contemplate an approach
thinking of the determination and strength of a panther
blending the grace and serenity of the white dove
Any semblance of reluctance came from Prince's lines
"the jockeys that were there before me"
contained in the outfit that suggested
the epitome of physical pleasure was in her embrace
Still unsure if I had what she was in search of
I reflected on my choices
I could depart and have only images in my head
and my own hand so see me through the night
Or I could boldly let her know of my interest
make a stab at bringing a smile or laugh to her face
a stranger in but a person you haven't met
and the menu looked delicious from every angle
Spoke the words that framed her being
conveying strong lust but not an obsession
response was positive and we vibed
shared moments of conversation
We shared stories and a spark flew
hands both going for a glass
her body language telling me to stay
eyes matching in curiosity and play
Thoughts leading ro the acquisition of new friend
but a brush of her leg against mine under the table
suggested possibly something more
and she grinned as she adjusted her legs
For my gazed dropped to that center
where one hopes dampness may in good time be found
and she ran her fingers up my arm
while I sipped my drink
I asked if she had plans and was comforted in her response
"I would like to spend some more time with you"
with the last of our beverages we retired to the house
expectations risen and the night still being young
Few words really needed as we used each other
completely and with a slow burn allowing the tastes
to linger and percolate until combustion was inevitable
mutually hitting sweet sonic orgasms
It was grand and majestic, strenuous and expressive
and reminded me of all the flavors that I missed
the quivering and final utterances before we collapsed
wrote a book without a stroke of a pen
Ah but then I woke up
yes the body on body was all in my mind
but with her image securely ingrained in my brain
"hope does spring eternal"
energized me to contemplate an approach
thinking of the determination and strength of a panther
blending the grace and serenity of the white dove
