These pressing matters are irrelevant
For they won’t stand the test of time
How you choose to further development
Will decide if you’re meant to fall or to climb.
You’re a wild heart, true to yourself
Doesn’t matter what life throws at you
You remain steadfast like the continental shelf
You will rise, not sink into the deep blue.
Star seed, breathe your life into me
Steady your heart, lest you tear yourself apart
You’re not of this world, my extraordinary girl
Hush, my love, you will rise above.
A seedling from the stars, you are
No wonder you feel like you don’t belong
Your soul carries with you endless scars
As you travel through the universe to sing your song.

As a Starseed myself, I found this poem tremendously to my liking! It is almost the sort of affirmation I might speak as a mantra to remind myself of things that are most important, or the sort of mantra I might teach to another. I love the way these words resonate so powerfully with my spirit! Phenomenal poetry indeed. :)
