New beginnings

 
I had not known who or where I
began. I confess I felt a bit lost
until you drew a map to my heart
And feelings hidden in a chest
nestled in the coldest wilderness.
I found me in the dark unafraid
As you had the for sight to leave
the flashlight on just enough and
a fire alight with kindling igniting
the night sky and I knew I had
finally found my way home . How
did you know it was fear that sent
me off the right track without one
word spoken. I wonder if you have
a sixth sense and knew my secret
more than I knew myself . It was a
night of new beginnings . Trust
outshining the stars with the
meeting of two minds .
