Third (by random chance)

You fill my thoughts
And alone,
I seek to capture you in sketches
Rough outlines
Each more refined
Of the you who captivates me

Be my muse, who already are

Would you pose for me
Steady beneath the measure of my gaze
Studying the shadows fall of supple curves
Reflected light
And that certain something in your stare
Seeing you for all you are
Conveying the whisper of desire

What is the tempest which drives me to be
Both captive and creator
Seeking to make art that lives and breathes
Yet, capture you immortal
Bound by art and framed forever

Let your body speak the wine sweet song
My art would forever capture
That strange alchemy of paint
Linseed oil and drier
Let me show your true measure
The art the eye sees and the heart feels
Temptations wrought in every stroke

Attend the gallery with me
A showing
My vision of you unveiled
My art displayed in oils and life
That all might see with envy
The muse that drives me crazy
