About To Become

telepathic threads entwined in
thoughts that flow between
every time we're mind to mind in
this conscious stream

flowing like a mighty river
taking us away
each a taker and a giver
unheard as we play -

tingling feelings, warm sensations
coalescing thought
no more former reservations ,
we've each other caught

with telepathic fingers touching,
softly they caress
gently and so very much in
waves of thoughts at rest

before falling, before rising
about to become
mind to mind in mind's surprising
times when we are one
