Tranquility of night

The fan's soft breeze dances in the air, barely ruffling the stifling heat within the room. Beads of sweat form on my body, providing relief as they evaporate with each passing second, cooling me down as I catch my breath. Though it's too warm to cuddle, I still yearn to be enveloped by the essence of your presence.

You fell into a deep slumber swiftly, tossing and turning on the bed until, at last, a peaceful stillness settled upon you. As I turned onto my side, you instinctively reached out to hold me, your arm gracefully wrapping around my waist. A tender smile graced your lips as if you were finding solace even in your sleep.

Embraced in your comforting touch, I drift away into a realm of dreamy bliss as we peacefully slumbered together, entwined in the tranquility of the night.
