Dream dancing

Dream dancing

Come sit on my lap, let me take you for a wheelchair dance, I know it's a strange request but I thought I'd take the chance

Wrap your arms around me so you don't fall on to the ground, I'll do my best to take my time as I spin the wheelchair round

Moving to the slow music, I promise it will be real fun, I'll glide you around the dance floor, until we greet the morning Sun

Feeling you so very close to me, would fulfil a poets wish, dancing with a Goddess, would truly be such bliss

Moving to the speed of the music, sometimes I'll pick up pace, trying to watch where we are and still keep looking at your face

Both lost in the rhythm, I know I'll put this night in to a rhyme, a record of the evening, this Goddess shared her precious time

Dancing with you is just a dream but it is also a sort of wish but at least at the end of my dream I'm guaranteed a kiss
