Image for the poem Raven’s claw

Raven’s claw

Reticence running wild
Warping
the
breath
of the innocent child
A thoughtless relent;
a paranoid sin
The we have born this while in
Clarity lurks
in
vested eyes
No reason, lest we do despise
The victim;
The fragile;
The guarded weak
For those who warned them
Shall not speak
For a masterful mind works without flaw
And grips your bones beneath a raven’s claw
Never surrender;
never sunder
Be the rock that you’ll never die under
