a flash and a tingle of light ultra pure
awaking and shaking what seems to endure
forever and ever, for day after day
a flash and a tingle made it go away

born again, torn again from yesterday
propelled into all around places to play
breathing in, breathing out then in again
under Sun as the Moon waxes to wane..

a flash with a tingle of light so divine
a moment of bliss beyond just the mind
beyond but within while everywhere too
a flash with a tingle when I was with you

exploded before me unexpectedly
cleansing perception so I could see
all is in motion, nothing stays the same
coming and going again and again ..

waking up, drifting off, floating away
coming down to the ground never to stay
the bliss of nirvana, heaven on Earth
new trepidations with a new birth -

a flash and a tingle, a sigh and a moan
ecstatically mingling with all as I roam
waking in the morning, sleeping late at night
