A horse is but a horse as Logic rules;      
thus, though he has a thing or two to say,      
he cannot talk in having not the tools      
or yak a streak to waste the time of day.      
  
A horse cannot be both a horse and not;      
thus, never can he be a paradox,      
or filly with a billy goat begot      
by any holy fox unorthodox.      
    
A horse is but a horse or not a horse;      
thus, can he not to greener pastures fly,      
or yet be born again from horse remorse      
to serve a daddy unicorn on high.      
    
At any law of Logic none can balk --      
except the ass whose tooter loves to talk.
