believe not
those tender words
for they be true
only a moment
but in the mind
linger
believe not
the dreaded trio
for ‘i love you’
is always a lie
yearn not
for permanence
for it is
illusion
believe not
but rejoice
in this perfect
moment

I wholeheartedly believe in the sheer bliss of being in a fleeting moment, with fervor. However, I will fully admit to being a total romantic at heart as well, believing in love.... always.
A lifetime of declared love can feel like but a moment...
