One Day....

curious day, glad March, is out of the way, with it's tempestuous, quirky sway. today, at the park was good, celebrated a birthday, then chatted to a woman, oft misunderstood, who'd been abused, then abused in her life, through to her adulthood. then went elsewhere which i hadn't planned, to listen to music, from an ex member off the Jam band, but he read poetry instead, and his words , on deaf ears , fell dead. the silent applause was loud, so after about his 4-5th poem, i applauded to encourage the small crowd. you can please, some of the people, some of the time.............i'm now listening about The Declaration Of Human Rights, circa 1947, and left wondering as to whether it's made any difference, whilst such attrocities as FGM  are still a thing, and wonder what kind of world we're leaving, for future generations, and know, that if i dwell on this, what can i actually do, that would change any of it. i could scream, and shout, and write powerful words, all of which, would fall on deaf ears. so all i do is try to support those that are scraping along, whilst i enjoy the nature around me, and dream of miracles x sorry about sadness of post, but i can't always pretend that i'm happy with the world. love, and peace, as forever, Jemia xxx
