LOST before FOUND then FORGOTTEN
Slowly you're gliding ever so softly sweetly drifting in
So gently cautiously stepping into my sleeping heart
Did you even know you had captured and entered
That forgotten chamber that's been unfilled for so long?
Surely you hadn't or you would not
have withdrew abruptly
With echoing footsteps of denial as I fall completely apart
Forgotten dreams stillborn and still were unloved
Draped across your masculine shoulders so strong.
My desires still unmet as I continue reaching out
For I am nothing particularly special once more
I am smiled upon and touched by the hands of friendship
As you journey onward moving in and then drift away
From my warm delicate hands but yet, you envelop me
Stirring restless emotions hidden, like you did before
Captured moments tucked away inside my minds eye
Hopefully dreaming of the time you'll return one day
But, streaming filaments of your sensuous essence
Will live within the chamber of my heart forevermore.
So gently cautiously stepping into my sleeping heart
Did you even know you had captured and entered
That forgotten chamber that's been unfilled for so long?
Surely you hadn't or you would not
have withdrew abruptly
With echoing footsteps of denial as I fall completely apart
Forgotten dreams stillborn and still were unloved
