her dawn seeps across a veiled morning
gleaming jewels are those green eyes
molten passion ablaze with the sun rising
a breath of life is Amy of the skies
a single ray of sunshine highlights her smile
holding her hand makes contentment rise
no need to ask if I would like to stay awhile
embrace her soul, Amy of the skies
secrets are unraveled in a cosmic dance
her honesty and truth comes as no surprise
bright and pure love is not happenstance
a fresh spirit wind, Amy of the skies
the fading stars magnify her form
mystery carried on the wings of dragonflies
her heart of gold leaves me feeling warm
