Black Death 1666
In days gone by, when chaos reigned
And plague stalked through the land,
The Grim Reaper's scythe did sway
A weapon in his bony hand.
The Black Death cast a shadow bright
Across the world's fair face,
And none were safe from its cruel might,
None in any place.
And yet, amidst the turmoil grim
Another played his part,
A vampire stalked the shadows dim
With grace and deadly art.
1666 was the year
When London was aflame,
And even as the flames drew near
The vampire roamed untamed.
While others fell beneath the sickle's blade,
The vampire knew no fear,
His fangs and claws a deadly aid
In quelling danger near.
And though the Black Death claimed its toll,
And London burned in flame,
The vampire persevered, uncontrolled,
A master of his game.
He saw the world with eyes of night,
A predator among prey,
His fangs aglow with unholy light,
A herald of the night's decay.
Thus, as the grim reaper's shadow loomed,
A specter to behold,
The vampire thrived, untamed, unchained,
A creature strong and bold.
In days gone by, when chaos reigned,
This vampire roamed the land,
And in his wake, death and decay
Walked hand in bony hand.
And plague stalked through the land,
The Grim Reaper's scythe did sway
A weapon in his bony hand.
