drift of spilled ink as it evaporates into mist
the warmth of the script’s smooth curves
seeds of words that come to suddenly exist
can assuage even the most savage nerves
tattooed exultation of a most desired intent
exquisite undercurrents of pure ecstasy
there are grains of truth to the lines I invent
as a fortunate dawn exhibits clemency
the beat of each syllable does bequeath
and delivers an absentminded caress
framed by golden glow of a celestial wreath
sweet symmetry stands in line to confess
waves and swaths that stand row upon row
reverence in the most curious of designs
currents that seem exist in your afterglow
and the morning sun in homage inclines
