Romancing The Shenanigans

"Try to remember the kind of September,"
of Insects leaping, my ogre fair, sweetening
my turnips. Romancing the shenanigans
of macabre's behavior and Crêpes Suzette.
Tasting the omelet of twilight's embryos,
died drowning. Falling to pieces in my arms,
touching your touring eyes in the tureen.
When I could have roux or Dinty Moore.
"Try to remember the kind of September,
then follow, follow, follow."
