Image for the poem Sable sinned momentum

Sable sinned momentum

I sink into desire
with elegance
Capturing swollen envious swoons
Fragility shall not inhibit
The forthrightness
of
my moon

Wind sown
tattered beauty
Flittering on captured veils
Settling on a version of endeavour
In the havoc of the gale

A dawning of connection
An altered
pensive spirit
A sable sinned momentum
With no ability to steer it

Wherefore my creation
Of finesse
my spirit hones
A chance of brass elation
Settle atop my needy bones
